Refund and Returns Policy

You've got 7 days to make up your mind. Once that's up, sorry, no full refund or exchange.

Eligibility:
Unused and in pristine condition. Packaged just like we sent it.

Proof Required:
We need that receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds:
There are exceptions: If it's not in its original shape or missing bits (not our fault) Returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds Process:
We'll shoot you an email once we've got your item back. Approval or rejection is on its way. If it's a go, your refund hits your original payment method in no time.

Late Refunds?
Check your bank, then your credit card company. Still nada? Ping us at uk@3dcandy.co.

Sale Items:
Only full-priced items get a refund. Sorry, clearance items are a no-go.

Shipping Returns:
Mail your product back to: 3D Candy Co, Unit 8, Conder Way, Colchester, Essex CO2 8JN.
You foot the bill for shipping unless it's our bad. In that case, we've got you covered.
